Production & Shipping Timeline
- Artisan production: your piece is carefully handcrafted within 4 to 5 weeks.
- Transfer to the U.S.: once completed, your order is shipped to our warehouse in Miami, Florida.
- Final delivery: from Miami, the shipping method you selected (UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS) will be activated.
For example:
- If you selected One Day Shipping, your order will arrive within 1 day after reaching Miami.
- If you selected Three Day Shipping, it will arrive within 3 days after arriving in Miami.
Order Tracking
Throughout the process, you will receive weekly notifications updating you on the status of your product:
