Artisan Atelier Production & Shipping Policy

By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Handmade production time – Each product is handcrafted individually for you. Production takes approximately 4 to 5 weeks from the moment your order is confirmed.
2. Shipping process – Once completed, your order is shipped to our Miami warehouse. From there, the shipping method you selected (UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS) will be activated.
3. Delivery timeline – The shipping option you chose (One Day, Three Day, or Standard) applies only after your product arrives at our Miami warehouse, not during the production period.
4. Order updates – You will receive weekly email notifications with the status of your order (production, completion, packaging, export, Miami arrival).
5. Tracking number – A tracking number will be provided once your order enters the U.S. for final delivery.
